1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service offered by 0XBE or by the public blockchain project “Pepe Community,” including our websites, bots (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X), or any technology branded under “0XBE GUDTEK” or “GUDTEK,” you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law) to use our services. Use of our services may be restricted based on jurisdictional or regulatory considerations.

3. Description of Services

0XBE provides access to:

Community resources via pepecommunity.com and affiliated domains
Interactive bots and utilities on Telegram, Twitter/X, and Discord
Web3 tools including token info, NFT validation, and on-chain alerts

Some community-facing platforms, such as pepecommunity.vip and the open Telegram chat, serve as general access points for the wider Pepe Community project and may include content or moderation not managed by 0XBE LLC. These services operate separately from GUDTEK systems and other hosted tools maintained by the company.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse our platforms. You may not:

Use our services for illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or damage our systems
Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
Impersonate others or spam community features
Harvest or scrape content using bots or automation without permission

Violation may result in removal or legal action.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

6. Third-Party Services

All services are provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or security. 0XBE is not liable for any damages caused by use or misuse of its services, including third-party errors or outages.

8. Intellectual Property

All original technology and branding created by 0XBE LLC—including site infrastructure, software systems, APIs, bots (e.g., GUDTEK), and hosted tools—is protected intellectual property.

The phrase “0xBE” is used culturally within and outside the Pepe Community as a meme or slogan. Its use in that context does not reflect or imply affiliation with 0XBE LLC or its software systems. “0XBE GUDTEK” and “GUDTEK SYSTEMS” refer specifically to the infrastructure and tools developed and operated by 0XBE LLC.

Contributors to the Pepe Community retain full ownership of their original artwork, writing, or media unless explicitly licensed. Submissions to the platform do not grant ownership to 0XBE LLC unless otherwise agreed.

Unauthorized commercial use of the proprietary technology, infrastructure, or managed services provided by 0XBE LLC—including but not limited to GUDTEK, hosted dashboards, automated bots, and administrative systems—is strictly prohibited without written permission.

9. Community and Cultural Separation

0XBE GUDTEK™ and GUDTEK SYSTEMS™ are trademarks of 0XBE LLC. All hosted software, systems, and infrastructure under this name are independently developed, operated, and maintained by a single contributor (xDTECHx) and funded without external investment.

This project pays homage to the cultural legacy of Matt Furie and the broader meme movement. However, there is no endorsement or affiliation with Matt Furie, his representatives, or any third-party project.

The term “0xBE” is used broadly as a cultural slogan within the Ethereum-based Pepe Community. This slogan is distinct from 0XBE LLC, which refers specifically to the legal entity behind GUDTEK and related software systems. Community resources such as the PepeCommunity.VIP website and the open Telegram chat are part of the wider Pepe Community and are separate from the proprietary software and technology stack maintained by 0XBE LLC.

Contributors to the Pepe Community retain full intellectual property rights to their original works. Participation in the movement or community does not imply ownership by or affiliation with 0XBE LLC.

10. Third-Party Content and Public Information

Our site may display publicly available posts or media from platforms such as Twitter/X, Telegram, or Discord, including embedded content, images, or profile data. This content is provided for informational or cultural purposes and remains the intellectual property of its original authors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0XBE and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at pepecommunity.com/terms. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
